AllergyTap processes account details, restaurant contact data and, when a guest submits an order, their name, phone, email and selected allergies. Allergy information may be health data and is used only to communicate the order and safety needs to the chosen restaurant.

AllergyTap relies on contract and legitimate interests for account and service administration, and explicit consent where allergy information is submitted. Data is minimised, protected with access controls, and retained only as long as needed for service, safety, legal and dispute purposes.

Restaurants act as independent controllers for guest orders they receive. We do not sell personal data. Service providers may process data under contract, including hosting, authentication and database providers. International transfers must use appropriate safeguards.

UK/EEA users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Contact denisacolban@yahoo.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

AllergyTap trata datos de cuenta, contacto del restaurante y, al enviar un pedido, nombre, teléfono, correo y alergias seleccionadas. Las alergias pueden ser datos de salud y solo se usan para comunicar el pedido y las necesidades de seguridad al restaurante elegido.
