AllergyTap helps restaurants present allergen information and receive orders. It does not provide medical advice and does not guarantee that any dish or kitchen is free from allergens.

Restaurants are responsible for accurate, current menu and allergen information, staff training, confirming allergy requests, and complying with food-safety law. Guests must tell restaurant staff about severe allergies and verify the order before consuming food.

Accounts are personal to the authorised restaurant. Users must protect passwords, must not attempt to access another restaurant’s information, and must report suspected misuse promptly.

The service may be updated, suspended or withdrawn when necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

AllergyTap ayuda a mostrar alérgenos y recibir pedidos; no da consejo médico ni garantiza ausencia total de alérgenos. El restaurante responde de la exactitud del menú, la formación del personal, la confirmación de alergias y el cumplimiento legal.

Los usuarios deben proteger sus credenciales, no intentar acceder a datos de otros restaurantes y avisar de cualquier uso sospechoso.
